Extending hound shaped card that opens out to reveal an extremely long doggo. Based on a birthday card made for my partner of our greyhound, Albert.

This is a ‘Keep Card’, a card to hold on to and treasure. I am huge fan of cards and I always keep my favourites from my birthday and christmas and if they’re special enough they will stay out all year round. That is my intention with this card, it wouldn’t be out of place sitting on your shelves and with the postcard slip it means you can write a special note without having to write on the card itself.

The card used has a slight texture and the illustration feels hand drawn which results in a handcrafted luxury quality. The deep yellow colour of the envelope was chosen to match the colour of the first thing I bought for Albert which was a fluffy yellow blanket 💛
